Here is what happens from here:

1. We will evaluate your application to make sure it is compatible with FDA law, professional association guidelines, the interest of the fertility centers we support and our own internal policies.
2. If you check your status below and you are not able to proceed, it just means that your Pre-screen Application is still under review. You may receive a confirmation email regarding this status via no-reply@donorapplication.com.
